Volunteer warrants that s/he is physically and mentally fit to safely work with animals and public. Volunteer has been advised that working with rescue animals may involve contact with animals that are unpredictable. As such, Spay and Save, Inc., cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents that may occur as a result of working with the animals. Volunteer agrees that Spay and Save, Inc., Petco, Perk Valley Pet Eatery, Ruh Ro’s Pet Shoppe, City of Paws or any location where volunteers gather shall not be held responsible for any personal injury or damage, loss, or expense to volunteer or his/her property, or for any injury to Volunteer’s family members. Volunteer's services to Spay and Save, Inc. are provided strictly in a voluntary capacity and without any express or implied promise of compensation or other payment of any kind whatsoever.
