✨ Meet Crystal —
Our Little Tabico with a Whole Lot of Purrsonality! 🌶️🐾

Crystal is what you might call a Tabico or Caliby — basically, a gorgeous combination of tabby and calico. But when she first arrived, “Crystal” definitely wasn’t the name we would have picked… “Spicy” like Crystal Hot Sauce might have been more appropriate! 🌶️😂

This little girl came in with some serious opinions about humans. It took two whole weeks of stare downs while her foster mom had her breakfast and lunch and sometimes dinner right next to her enclosure just to convince her that hissing and spitting at the foster mom and hiding wasn’t a full-time job, followed by another week forced touching before she decided that maybe—just maybe—pets weren’t so bad.
Now, Crystal is discovering that humans can actually be pretty nice, and she’s slowly learning how to navigate her foster home, make friends, and trust the world around her. ❤️

Crystal is a funny little character. When she’s out frolicking with her foster friends, she can be downright comical. But whatever you do… DON’T make eye contact! 👀 The second she realizes you’ve spotted her, she freezes like a statue and then POOF! — she disappears like the wind and will reappear when she decides the coast is clear. 😂
The secret to Crystal is simple: let her come to you. She isn’t the kind of girl who wants to be chased down for attention. Give her time, patience, and the freedom to make the first move, and eventually you’ll discover that underneath that cautious exterior is a sweet little girl who will find her way to you when she’s ready to curl up, snuggle down, and take a cozy nap. 🥰

Crystal would LOVE a feline friend in her forever home — preferably a confident kitty who can show her the ropes, help bring her further out of her shell, and occasionally remind her that she’s not actually the boss. 😹

And just wait until you see her coloring! Her unique combination of tabby markings and calico colors is absolutely stunning, and we have a feeling this little lady is going to grow into one breathtakingly beautiful cat. ✨

Crystal may have started out as Spicy Hot Sauce, but with a little patience and a lot of love, she’s proving that even the spiciest kittens can become something pretty sweet. ❤️🐱
